Parkland College Theatre offers two separate performance spaces. The Harold and Jean Miner Theatre, our proscenium theatre with seating for over 300, provides a beautiful setting for music and theatre productions that range from comedies to Broadway-style musicals to serious contemporary plays, and is a performance home of Parkland College Theatre productions.
Parkland Theatre's Second Stage is a "blackbox" style theater. It is a versatile, unadorned performance space where seating can be arranged in a variety of configurations depending on the creative needs of the performance or event. The Second Stage is available for meetings, speeches, lectures, live music, dance, and other events. Seating capacity is for around 100 people although that number can differ depending on how the seating is configured.
